Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner. Forza Milan!

Loaded with hops! Hints & Allegations features Sultana, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a perfect marriage of citrus and pine. Flaked oats and malted wheat lend a smooth mouthfeel, and a lack of bittering hops make for an easy drinking juice-bomb.

Our traditional Gose, spiced with coriander and sea salt, met up with a huge helping of Blueberries and Black Currant to bring you Berry Blast. This delightfully purple beer has a tart & sour note up front, which then takes your taste buds on a journey from sour, to sweet, and finishes with a salty kick.

Light and easy-drinking, our blonde ale features a hop surprise! Using Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops gives it a subtle citrus fruit burst. Munich and Vienna malt provide a depth of flavor typically not found in other lighter beer styles.

A departure from our usual warm-weather brews, Apollo Rising is deceptively easy drinking, with subtle notes of dark chocolate. To keep you on your toes, we used Apollo Hops, which lend a bright citrus note that is not normally found in traditional dark beers.

Our annual Oktoberfestbier - Odenfest is a throwback to the original festbier style. Festbiers are lighter in color and less sweet than the more commonly found Märzen lagers. Malty and smooth, with a subtle hop note, our festbier was made with all German malts, and lagered to perfection.

We went back to the drawing board with this Pale Ale. A simplified grain bill that features our favorite Riverbend base malt paired with British Honey Malt. The resulting color and malty flavors are supported by modern hop varieties Idaho Gem, and Elani. It's a perfect match of bitterness, malty, smoothness and notes of pine and tropical fruits.

Surely, it’s tea time somewhere! This beer is a British-American mash up. We blended Challenger and Comet hops, fermented with London Ale yeast, loaded it with black tea, and finished things off with lactose and pineapple puree. The resulting pint has ripe tropical fruit aromas, medium body and smoothness, and finishes with a clean and dry tea note. Pinkies out, y’all!

Step up to the plate for our newest IPA offering. Brushback is light-bodied, notably hoppy, and finishes sweet on the palate. We brewed this one to be crushable, and the results do not disappoint.

The original lawnmower beer, our Cream Ale keeps with the tradition. Cash Rules is crisp, light, and is our easiest drinking beer yet. We brewed our kept the hops nice and balanced, and the grain bill features NC grown 2-row barley, pilsen, and some flaked corn. A slight sweetness caps things off to make this the perfect lightweight crusher.

Inspired by the classic Japanese hand rolls, our Temaki beer is a wild one. This kettle-soured ale has a healthy dose of flaked rice, giving the tart brew a dry finish. Sea salt, shredded cucumber and a fresh kelp extract all mingled together in the boil to provide notes of salinity and freshness. To round things out, fresh mango puree was added at the end, making this one of our most complex beers yet.

Inspired by the writings of Dr. Pauli Murray, Hope Song glimmers with a hint of citrus from the delicate dry hop addition of Lemondrop Hops. This new saison features all NC malt from Riverbend Malt House. We kept this one dry and effervescent, allowing the interplay between hops and yeast character to shine through.

For our 2025 Ales for ALS brew, we’ve opted to blend genres with our Black IPA. This year’s hop blend is heavy on the tropical fruit flavor and aroma, so we paired it with a simple grain bill and a hint of roastiness to bring you a dark beer that’s big on hop flavor and aroma. Big aromas of passionfruit and guava give way to notes of chocolate and coffee for a nicely balanced and hoppy pint.

Named after our favorite Emoji, this refreshing hard seltzer is like drinking a peach creamsicle. Light and effervescent, this bodacious seltzer is flavored with real peach and vanilla. Peach Emoji is a thirst quenching kiss of peach and vanilla. Pairs well with pool parties, beach days and sultry summer nights!

This THC Seltzer is ready to kick off the summer in style! Inspired by Strawberry Rhubarb pie, this seltzer has a generous helping of strawberry puree and a hint of fresh Rhubarb tartness. But this drink is alcohol free! Instead, enjoy 10mg of THC and 10mg of CBD to easily refresh you on a hot day, or as an alternative buzz to summer day drinking.
